All Emma Hadley jewellery is lovingly handmade in our Surrey studio. Personalised jewellery is made to order and will be despatched in 2-3 weeks, non-personalised jewellery will be despatched within 1 week. This may be longer during peak periods.

UK delivery is free for all orders over £100. Orders up to £100 incur a delivery charge of £3 for Royal Mail first class delivery, £5.95 for Special Delivery, or £9.70 for Special Delivery on a saturday.
European and world wide orders are sent via International Signed For at a cost of £8. All packages will require a signature upon receipt and estimated delivery is 3-7 working days, please allow up to 10 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your package. Please note that International Signed For is not a guaranteed courier service and delivery times are estimates. Emma Hadley has no control over, and is not responsible for, any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry in to the destination country.

Payment is taken on our website via Paypal. You do not need an account to pay with Paypal. Paypal is quick, simple, and completely secure.

All of our jewellery is made from .925 sterling silver and .999 fine silver. Jewellery requiring hallmarking (according to the UK Hallmarking Act 1973) is assayed for purity and hallmarked at the London Assay Office. Our silver is handmade and therefore no two pieces are identical, any 'imperfections' add to the individual charm.

All of our gemstones are natural and many of them are hand cut making them individual and unique. We will always select the best gemstones for your jewellery but some of them may vary in size, shape, and shade of colour.

If in the unlikely instance you are not happy with your purchase you have fourteen days for a refund or exchange (less postage and packaging charges). Please return the jewellery unworn in the original condition with all original packaging. Any items returned in less than perfect original condition or with incomplete packaging will be refunded at the sole discretion of Emma Hadley.
Bespoke orders are non-returnable due to the personalised nature of the jewellery, although if you are unhappy with your order we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on pierced earrings.

LEATHER FRIENDSHIP WRAPS
Our friendship wraps are made from genuine leather. The more you wear your bracelet the more it will soften and naturally distress, growing in character.
Help it to age well by keeping it dry and clean, water will affect it's strength and colour.
HOW TO ADJUST YOUR FRIENDSHIP WRAP
Our wraps are all made in large sizes so you can adjust them to fit you perfectly! Follow the simple instruction below:
1. Pull the cord through the bead until the size is right.
2. Make a new knot above the bead, check the size again and tighten the knot to secure. (You may need to undo the original knot first if you are only making it a little smaller).
3. Cut the cord above the new knot.

- Make sure it is the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.
- Don't wear when showering, swimming, cleaning, or sleeping.
- Store each piece carefully in it's pouch to protect from light and avoid scratches.
- All real silver has a tendency to tarnishes over time. To minimise tarnishing store your jewellery in an airtight container in an area with low humidity. Frequent polishings with a soft silver polishing cloth will keep your silver shiny and bright.
- All natural leather cords will distress with wear, this is part of their individual character, look after your leather by keeping it dry and clean.
